Billie: I'm to daft to be a mum

Doctor Who star Billie Piper reckons she is too daft to be a mum.

The 26-year-old actress - who has a 10-month-old son Winston with husband Laurence Fox thinks she is too young and immature to have a child.
And she worries she'll fill his head with rubbish. She said: "You think having a child will kind of centre you as a person because you're a parent and therefore you're supposed to be a grown-up.
"But, if anything, I think about the fact that I'm not grown up enough. The fear sets in when passing your knowledge on to your child. You realise you don't want to fill his head with a load of rubbish. I need to really think about what I believe in before I tell him anything. There's a lot of soul-searching."
Despite acknowledging motherhood can be difficult, Billie insists she is fortunate her son is so well-behaved.
She said: "Winston is a really chilled, cheeky chappy. He very rarely cries, he's always smiling and he's full of personality already.
"He's the perfect child - in our eyes anyway. The first couple of months are rough but we're finding our way."

Billie won't act with Laurence

Billie Piper met her husband Laurence Fox when they appeared in the West End play Treats two years ago.
However, the actress, who had her first son Winston with Fox last year, says she has no desire to act with him on stage again in the near future.
“No, God no,” she said with vehemence after I broached the subject when I bumped into her in Hylands Park in Chelmsford. “I don’t think so.”

Baby's Day Out!

Billie Piper appears to be feeling the strain of being full-time mum to 10-month-old son Winston.
The 26-year-old actress looked shattered as she wheeled Winston’s pushchair down a busy west London street.
She then lifted her blonde son into the back seat of her X-Type Jaguar before struggling to get her bags and pushchair into the boot.
Apart from a few weeks spent filming the third series of Secret Diary Of A Call Girl and two episodes of Doctor Who, Billie has been able to spend most of Winston’s life so far devoted to motherhood.
Looking tanned and slender, Billie went for a chic ensemble of a white sun dress and pink jacket.
But, understandably, Billie clearly didn’t have time to style her hair, which was hanging loose in front of her face.
Perhaps she had had a rough night’s sleep with her young son, given her bad mood as she walked down the street.
After doing a spot of shopping, Billie got into her car and drove back to her Surrey home, which she shares with husband Laurence Fox.
