Back at work after welcoming her baby son Winston with husband Laurence Fox in October, Billie Piper looked delighted to be reunited with her Secret Diary Of A Call Girl co-stars. She began lensing the new third series of the show on the sunny streets of Notting Hill on Wednesday.In high spirits and full of the joys of spring in a red floral headpiece the trim 26-year-old threw herself into the role of university graduate callgirl Belle, giggling with fellow actors Iddo Goldberg – who plays her character’s best friend Ben – and Ashley Madekwe, who stars as Bambi, a naïve escort Belle mentors in the second series.
Referencing the last series - based on a real life blog written by ‘Bella de Jour’ – which aired in October, the trio were seen looking at a display for The Secret Diary Of A London Call Girl in the window of a bookshop during the scene.
Fans of the show will no doubt be pleased to see to see Belle has taken Ben’s advice at the end of the programme’s second series, and written about her experiences.
