These are the first pictures of proud parents Billie Piper and Laurence Fox with new baby Winston. The former Doctor Who star, 26, looked radiant as she stepped out to the shops with her hubby, 29, and the month-old tot near their home in Midhurst, West Sussex. Winston, wrapped up against the cold in a blue hat, was carried by his doting dad, which gave Billie time to hit the credit cards. Win some, lose some, Laurence.
