Nevermind the return of Davros, the current issue of Radio Times has declared the Doctor and Rose Tyler's timely reunion in The Stolen Earth as 'Moment of the Week' instead!
They say:
"Romantics will let out a little sigh as the Doctor sets eyes on Rose for the first time since she became trapped in an alternative universe. It's current companion Donna who sees her first and the look on the Time Lord's face as he turns towards Rose again is unmistakeable.
